Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name (as on your CNIC), a valid Pakistani mobile number, your email address, date of birth, and city. Choose a strong password, tick the age declaration and Terms checkbox, and submit. TweakZen will send a verification OTP to your mobile number — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes.

Yes — creating a TweakZen account is completely free. There is no registration fee or subscription charge. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit and play.

No. TweakZen permits only one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different contact details — violates the Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have lost access to your original account, contact support to recover it rather than creating a new one.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on TweakZen. You confirm this during registration by ticking the age declaration. TweakZen may verify your age through KYC documentation before processing your first withdrawal. Anyone found to have registered under the legal age will have their account closed immediately and any funds returned to the payment source.

Log into your TweakZen account and go to Account Settings. You can update your email address and mobile number from there. Changes to contact details require re-verification — TweakZen will send a confirmation code to both the old and new contact details before the update is finalised. If you no longer have access to your old number or email, contact support to assist with the change.

You can request account closure by contacting TweakZen support at support@tweakzen.ws. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your last-used payment method after standard KYC verification. Login & Security

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered email address or Pakistani mobile number. TweakZen will send password reset instructions by email or SMS. Follow the link or OTP to set a new password. If you do not receive the reset message within a few minutes, check your spam folder or use the resend option.

After five consecutive failed login attempts TweakZen locks the account for 15 minutes as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If you are still unable to log in, use the "Forgot password?" option to reset your credentials, or contact support at support@tweakzen.ws with your registered mobile number.

First, confirm you entered the correct Pakistani mobile number. Check that your phone has signal and is not on Do Not Disturb. OTP codes can take up to 60 seconds to arrive during busy periods. Use the "Resend code" button if nothing arrives after that. If the problem persists, your network may be filtering SMS — try switching between a data connection and Wi-Fi, or contact TweakZen support who can verify your number manually.

Change your password immediately via Account Settings or the "Forgot password?" flow. Then contact TweakZen support via live chat or email — they can review login history, terminate all active sessions, and freeze the account while the situation is investigated. Do not delay — if you suspect unauthorised access, act immediately to protect your PKR balance.

Deposits & Payments

TweakZen accepts the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:
  • Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
  • JazzCash (mobile wallet)
  • NayaPay (digital wallet)
  • SadaPay (digital wallet)
  • IBFT bank transfer (any Pakistani bank)
  • Visa or Mastercard (debit or credit)
All deposits are processed in PKR — no currency conversion required.

The minimum deposit on TweakZen is Rs 500. This applies across all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and card payments. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for most players, though responsible gaming deposit limits can be set voluntarily in Account Settings.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits are credited to your TweakZen account almost instantly — usually within seconds of completing the payment. IBFT bank transfers and card payments can take between 15 minutes and a few hours depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, contact TweakZen support with your transaction reference number.

Do not attempt the deposit again until you have confirmed the status of the original transaction. Check your Easypaisa/JazzCash/bank statement to see if the amount was deducted. If it was deducted but your TweakZen balance has not updated after 2 hours, contact support and provide the transaction reference number, amount, payment method, and approximate time. TweakZen will reconcile the payment and credit your account manually if the funds were received.

Yes. TweakZen lets you set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling period before they apply. Setting a deposit limit is a good habit and takes under a minute to configure.

Withdrawals & KYC

Log in to your account and go to the Withdraw section. Select your preferred withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or card), enter the amount — minimum Rs 1,000 — and confirm. If you have not completed KYC verification yet, you will be prompted to do so before the withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals to mobile wallets typically arrive within a few hours; IBFT transfers may take one business day.

The minimum withdrawal on TweakZen is Rs 1,000. This applies to all payment methods. There is no withdrawal fee charged by TweakZen, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with them if you are unsure.

TweakZen requires the following documents to complete KYC before your first withdrawal:
  • A clear photo or scan of your CNIC (front and back) or passport.
  • A screenshot or photo of your payment method confirming your name matches your account — for example, your Easypaisa or JazzCash app showing your registered name, or a bank statement showing your account name.
Upload these via Account Settings → KYC Verification. Processing usually completes within one business day. Completing KYC early means your withdrawal requests are not delayed when you need them.

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact TweakZen support via live chat or at support@tweakzen.ws. Provide your account email, the withdrawal amount, the method selected, and the approximate time of the request. Common causes for delays include pending KYC verification, bonus wagering requirements not yet met, or intermittent issues with the payment processor. Support will be able to confirm the exact reason and estimated resolution time.

Generally, TweakZen processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement. If you need to withdraw to a different method — for example, if you no longer have access to the original wallet — contact support to discuss the options. Additional verification may be required.

Bonuses & VIP Club

The welcome bonus is available to newly registered TweakZen accounts on their first qualifying deposit. After registering, check the Promotions tab inside your account for the current welcome offer and any promo codes required. Deposit the qualifying amount before placing any bets to ensure the bonus is applied. The welcome offer is a one-time benefit and cannot be claimed more than once per player.

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough or rollover) specify how many times you need to bet the bonus amount — or deposit plus bonus — before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a 20x requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing the bonus-derived winnings. Every registered TweakZen account is automatically enrolled in the VIP Club. You earn VIP points on every bet placed across all game types — slots, baccarat, card games, crash games, and esports betting all count. Points accumulate over time and move you through VIP tiers. Higher tiers unlock benefits including cashback on net losses, faster withdrawal processing, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, exclusive promotions, and dedicated account management at the top levels.

Bonuses on TweakZen have an expiry period — once a bonus is credited, it must be wagered within the time stated in the offer terms. If the wagering requirement is not met before expiry, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. Bonuses are also forfeited if you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement. Check the offer terms in the Promotions tab for the specific expiry window. If you believe a bonus was removed incorrectly, contact support with the bonus name and any reference details.

During registration there is a promo code field — enter your code there if you have one before submitting the form. For existing accounts, promo codes can usually be applied in the Promotions or Cashier section of your account before making a qualifying deposit. If you received a promo code but are not sure where to enter it, contact support — they can apply it to your account manually in some cases.

Games

TweakZen offers a broad game catalogue for Pakistani players: All games are available after login with a funded account balance.

During the exclusion period you cannot log in or deposit. Any real-money balance is returned to your last payment method. If you cannot log in, contact support to activate exclusion without login.
