4 Why We Process Your Data
TweakZen processes personal data for the following purposes. Each processing activity is based on one of three lawful grounds: fulfilment of the contract between you and TweakZen, compliance with a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest that does not override your privacy rights.

TweakZen shares only the minimum data necessary for the transaction — typically your wallet number or card token, the transaction amount in PKR, and a reference identifier.
Identity Verification Providers
During KYC review, TweakZen uses third-party identity verification services to validate the authenticity of identity documents. These providers receive the documents you submit and return a verification result. They do not retain your documents after the verification is complete.
Game Software Providers
Third-party game studios whose titles are hosted on TweakZen may receive a pseudonymous player identifier and session data to manage game state and calculate results. They do not receive your name, contact details, or financial information. TweakZen's agreements with game providers prohibit them from using player data for their own marketing or analytical purposes.
Legal and Regulatory Authorities
TweakZen will disclose personal data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by a valid legal obligation or court order. In such cases, TweakZen discloses only the data specifically required by the legal process.

8 How Long We Keep Your Data
TweakZen retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:
- Account data (name, contact details, identity documents): retained for the life of your active account, plus 90 days following a verified account closure request.
- Financial transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, bet history): retained for seven years from the date of the transaction in line with standard financial compliance requirements.
- KYC verification documents: retained for five years from submission, in accordance with anti-money-laundering regulations.
- Customer support records: retained for three years from the date of the last interaction.
- Technical and usage data: retained for 13 months on a rolling basis, then aggregated and anonymised.

You can ask TweakZen to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while we verify a correction request, or while a complaint is under review.
Right to Portability
You can request a structured, machine-readable export of the personal data you provided to TweakZen directly. This right applies to data processed on the basis of your consent or the performance of a contract.
Right to Object
You can object to TweakZen processing your data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests, though TweakZen may continue where it has a compelling reason to do so.
10 Children's Privacy
TweakZen is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. TweakZen does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Age verification is conducted during the account registration process and may be reinforced through KYC document checks.
If TweakZen discovers that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the source payment method, and all personal data associated with the underage account will be deleted — except to the extent retention is required for record-keeping related to the closure.
