The "Keep me logged in" option stores a secure session token on your device. It does not store your password. OTP Not Arriving
If your one-time SMS code has not arrived within 60 seconds, check that you entered the correct Pakistani mobile number and that your phone has signal. Use the "Resend code" option on the OTP tab. If codes consistently fail to arrive, contact TweakZen support — your number may need to be verified.
Account Locked or Suspended
Temporary lockouts after repeated failed attempts lift automatically after 15 minutes. If your account has been suspended for a compliance-related reason, TweakZen will have sent an email to your registered address with details. Contact support at support@tweakzen.ws if you have not received that notification.
Self-Exclusion Is Active
If you previously activated a cool-off period or self-exclusion on your TweakZen account, you will not be able to log in during the active exclusion period. This is intentional — the tool is designed to be non-reversible. Contact support to confirm your exclusion status and expected end date.
