TweakZen Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on TweakZen, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and TweakZen.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the TweakZen platform. Continued use of TweakZen after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. TweakZen will notify registered users of material changes via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

2 Eligibility

To use TweakZen you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing TweakZen from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a TweakZen employee.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from TweakZen under a self-exclusion or enforcement action.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

TweakZen reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any player at any time. Players who cannot provide satisfactory documentation may have their accounts suspended and pending withdrawals held until verification is completed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of TweakZen complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. TweakZen does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for use of the platform in contravention of local regulations.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one TweakZen account. Creating multiple accounts for any reason — including circumventing a self-exclusion, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or avoiding account restrictions — is a material breach of these terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts.

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address or mobile number, and your date of birth. TweakZen may verify this information against identity documents before processing any withdrawal. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TweakZen login credentials. Do not share your username and password with any other person. TweakZen will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or inadequately protected your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact TweakZen support immediately.

Account Currency

TweakZen accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR. This currency cannot be changed after account creation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

TweakZen accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

TweakZen does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges for which TweakZen accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. TweakZen charges no withdrawal fees. Withdrawals must be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name. TweakZen will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, TweakZen will complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) review. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid CNIC or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a screenshot or photograph of the payment method used for deposits. Processing typically takes one to two business days once all documents are received.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals: processed within 30 minutes once approved.
• NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals: typically within 1 hour once approved.
• IBFT bank transfers: one to three business days from approval.
• Visa/Mastercard: three to five business days from approval.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback on a deposit that was used for genuine gameplay is a breach of these terms. TweakZen will contest all illegitimate chargebacks and may report fraudulent chargeback activity to the relevant payment provider. Accounts associated with chargeback attempts will be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

TweakZen offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all TweakZen bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Real money balance is wagered first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and card games may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms. Playing non-contributing games while a bonus is active does not advance the wagering requirement.

Bonus Abuse

TweakZen monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse — including low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal exposure, use of multiple accounts to claim single-claim bonuses, or systematic exploitation of free-spin offers. Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system may have bonuses voided and related winnings removed.

Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses expire after 30 days from the date they are offered unless the promotion states a shorter period. Active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirement within the specified time limit will be removed from the account along with any associated winnings.

6 Gameplay Rules

TweakZen's game catalogue includes slots, live baccarat, card games, crash games, and esports betting. Each game operates under its own specific rules which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm you have reviewed and understood the rules applicable to that game.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, TweakZen will attempt to reconstruct the round from server logs and settle the result accordingly. If a round cannot be reliably reconstructed, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance. TweakZen's decision in such matters is final.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game on TweakZen has a defined minimum and maximum stake per round. These limits are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet. TweakZen reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Live Games

Live dealer games are subject to additional operational rules including table capacity limits, bet-behind restrictions, and the authority of the live croupier to manage the round. Any dispute regarding a live game outcome will be reviewed against the video record of the round, which is retained by TweakZen for 90 days.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TweakZen and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with TweakZen's platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in any game where such coordination provides an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of TweakZen's platform or game software.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your TweakZen account to any third party.
• Placing bets funded by misappropriated, stolen, or fraudulently obtained funds.
• Registering using false personal information or impersonating another person.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

TweakZen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these terms, incomplete KYC, suspected underage use, or suspicious betting patterns.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, TweakZen will investigate before making a final decision. During the investigation period, the account balance will be held. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. If the breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the violation.

Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your TweakZen account voluntarily, contact support and submit a closure request. Any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your last used deposit method once outstanding KYC requirements are satisfied.

9 Responsible Gaming

TweakZen takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a range of tools to help players stay in control. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods (temporary self-exclusion for 24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

These tools can be accessed directly from your account settings or by contacting TweakZen support. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months and will be extended if a player still feels vulnerable at the end of that period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on TweakZen — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, game software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the property of TweakZen or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any TweakZen content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios is licensed to TweakZen and subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights. The TweakZen name, logo, and brand marks are protected and may not be used without authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TweakZen's liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited into that player's account in the preceding 30 days. TweakZen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

TweakZen does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. TweakZen will endeavour to minimise downtime and notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance where possible.

TweakZen is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials, your failure to read game rules, or your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where it is not permitted.

12 Privacy and Data

TweakZen collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By creating a TweakZen account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

TweakZen may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and gaming certification bodies as required to operate the platform. TweakZen does not sell personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

13 Amendments to These Terms

TweakZen may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or an in-platform banner before they take effect. Minor corrections or clarifications may be made without prior notice.

The current version of these terms is always available at tweakzen.ws/terms-conditions. The date of the last revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using TweakZen and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable international gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of TweakZen, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through TweakZen's internal complaints process before pursuing any external remedy.

TweakZen's internal complaints process is initiated by contacting support with a clear description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. TweakZen commits to acknowledging complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within seven business days.
